Preparation

Boil the sugar for 3 minutes with 10 cl of water and the scraped vanilla pod. Remove from heat and whisk in the lemon juice and olive oil. Clean and cut the strawberries into pieces. Place them in a bowl with the cooled olive oil syrup. Let rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving with biscuits.
